Shipping policy

 

At Mummsy, we offer both Local and International Standard Delivery to our valued customers. Local delivery is available free of charge for orders over $100. For orders under $100, delivery charges based on your location will apply. All rates will be disclosed on checkout and are non-refundable on returns.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Mummsy.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Local Deliveries should be received in 7 -10 business days.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mummsy.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
